The nave is reached by 300m of good cement track from the road between Lanjaron and the motorway from Granada city to the coast, at a point 2km from Lanjaron and 2km from the motorway.
The nave is of recent (1997) construction, and has 60 m2 built, with a large living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen, a w.c./shower room and two bedrooms. At one end of the house is a 30m2 garage/storeroom. The nave has electricity connected, and water for domestic use is supplied from the borehole at the bottom edge of the land.
The land is terraced hillside land, with 400 olive trees and about the same number of almond trees The olive trees have a drip irrigation system installed, and yield on average about 5 tonnes of olives per year. Water for irrigation and domestic use comes from a borehole at the bottom edge of the land, where there is a pumphouse and electric pump. The borehole is registered with the hydrographic federation of Granada. Water is stored in a shared (with the neighbouring finca) alberca (water deposit) and a 50,000 l aljibe (covered water deposit) which is exclusive to this nave. There is another alberca adjacent to the house, which could be used as a swimming pool.
The land is south and west facing, the location is rural and peaceful, and there are fine views to the Lecrin valley .
